Pearce Elite regard their Health & Safety responsibilities as key to their business and are committed to providing the highest standards throughout, which is directly reflected in our ever impressive incident records.

  • We pride ourselves on the amount of training provided to our staff, which we believe provides the foundations to encourage our employees to improve their own safety standards and the standards of those working alongside them.
  •  We operate the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and all our employees hold current CSCS cards.
  •  Asbestos Awareness Training annually
  •  CAT B trained Asbestos removal and face fit mask compliant
  •  Supervisors and managers SSSTS and SMSTS Trained
  • We are accredited with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), Safety
  • Management Advisory Services (SMAS) and are members of Construction Line.
  • We are also a member of the BESA, formally the HVCA and B+Es

    Pearce Elite employ the services of an external Health & Safety Consultant, Stuart Campbell Health + Safety Consultancy, to audit and regularly inspect our workplace to ensure rigid compliance with our and our clients Health & Safety expectations.

    Our Directors are responsible for ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures, and for organising, planning and providing sufficient resources for these requirements.

    Pearce Elite has a responsibility, so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the health and safety of all its employees while at work, and members of the public, visitors and contractors whilst on its premises.
